This course is for emerging project managers, construction administration staff, owner reps, and anyone doing construction site visits who wants a practical, repeatable method. This is not a theory class, certainly not a contract law seminar, and it’s not a “war stories” performance. The goal is simple: help you run site visits that produce field reports people actually use. Reports that reduce confusion, shorten arguments, protect you professionally, and move the work forward.
The premise: everyone does site visits. Very few people are taught how to do them well. Most of us learn by imitation, and that usually means copying whatever the last person did, even if it’s inefficient. So we’re going to replace improvisation with a small system you can use on any project, whether it’s a modest renovation or a large institutional job.
